S’MORE BITES :-)

Hi friends!!! Today i am going to teach ya’ll how to make the most delicious thing you have ever tasted… s’more bites!!! 🙂 i found this recipe off of sweet pea’s kitchen and I could not wait to share it with you guys!! i’ve actually made these a few times before and i think they are absolutely delicious!!

 If you’re like me, and you’re not exactly the best cook, and sometimes your cookies or cakes turn out not so great, don’t worry! when i first made this recipe, i was super, suuuper worried about somehow messing up and having the s’more bites turn out horribly. buut it’s actually incredibly easy! it’s super simple! if someone like me can do it, you can do it as well!

Well, Enough said, lets get started! lets get cooking you guys! 🙂

So all you will need for this recipe is…

7 whole graham crackers (1 cup), finely crushed 1/4 cup powdered sugar 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 4 bars (1.55 oz) milk chocolate candy, divided 12 large marshmallows

After youve finished getting all your supplies, its time to get baking!

Directions:

1st Preheat oven to 350°F.

Then Place graham crackers into a large resealable plastic bag. Finely crush into crumbs.

After Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and butter into a small bowl.

Next Evenly divide crumb mixture into each cup of a 24 cup mini muffin pan.

Press crumbs to form shallow cups. Bake 4-5 minutes or until edges are bubbling.

Break two of the candy bars into rectangles. Remove pan from oven; place one rectangle into each cup.

Cut marshmallows in half crosswise using scissors dipped in cold water. Place one marshmallow half, cut-side down, into each cup.

Return to oven 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows are just slightly softened.

Cool on a cooling rack for 15 minutes before carefully removing cups from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.

Break remaining candy bars in small pieces and place in a small bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute-1 1/2 minutes or until melted and smooth, stirring every 20 seconds. Dip the top of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate. Turn top-side up and let stand until set.

It seems like alot of work but i promise it is extremely simple to do! please try this recipe out when you guys have time, yaĺls wont regret it, i promise! 🙂
